Hotel Reservation

The conference is going to be held at the Westin Alexandria Hotel. It is a short walking distance from the King Street Rail Station of the DC metro system and across the Potomac river from the National Mall.

Reagan National Airport (airport code: DCA) is the closest airport to the hotel. Although, the Metro station at DCA is two stops away from King Street station on the blue & yellow lines (see DC Metro map), we recommend taking a taxi from the airport to the hotel.

DRCN has a contractual obligation to fill a guaranteed block of rooms at the Westin Alexandria Hotel. Significant financial penalties will be assessed should DRCN 2009 fall short of the expected number of guest rooms' attendee. By staying at the conference hotel, you will enjoy the convenience of residing at the conference venue, interacting more closely with other participants, and to a far greater extent provide valued assistance in support of DRCN's financial obligations.

Hotel Reservations at The Westin Alexandria at a DRCN discount group rate of USD 234.04 per room per night (inclusive of taxes) can be made via this link until September 28, 2009, subject to availability.
