Registration is finally available at EDAS system.  We have to

1. Create a set of events, such as
   • full registration,
   • student registration,
   • accompanying person,
   • extra banquet ticket,
   • tutorial packages;
2. Then assign colors to events;
3. And create a set of registration types based on
   • Date, such as
     • Earlier registration, or
     • Regular registration,
   • or Participant's ComSoc/IEEE membership
   • or Chair permitted free registration

After these events are created, we are ready to enable the registration function under EDAS.  The related supporting features are enabled for participants:

• Abstracts for tutorials;
• Program page on EDAS system accessiable for general public;
• IEEE eCopyright forms (requested by Deep);
• Visa invitation letters for authors;
• Hotel and travel information.
