Banff National Park:

Banff National Park is a United Nations (UNESCO) World Heritage Site. The park is a year-round protected wilderness area offering rugged alpine beauty in the heart of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Banff National Park is home to a wide variety of wildlife in 6,641 square kilometres of unparalleled mountain scenery, forests, rivers, and lakes in the heart of the magnificent Canadian Rockies.

The town of Banff is easily reached in about an hour's drive from Calgary using one of the numerous rental car or shuttle services available at Calgary's International Airport. Calgary is home of the world-famous Exhibition and Stampede and its International Airport has direct connections worldwide.
