TECHNICAL PROGRAM

The DRCN 2003 workshop began on Sunday, 19 October 2003 with the choice of two free optional tutorials in the morning and another two in the afternoon. The workshop was officially opened on Monday, 20 October 2003 with a Welcome Address by Dr. Roger Pederson, President and CEO, TRLabs, followed by a Keynote Address by Dr. Girish Pathak, CTO and VP Engineering, TELUS. Over the next three days, 60 full papers were presented and published in the conference proceedings, which will become IEEE archived literature available at IEEE Xplore.
